ISO 9001 – Our latest target
Working in the steel engineering field is a risky matter that requires us to always present a state of the art end result in order to ensure a long life and a safe-to-use product to our customers.
For that matter, we are in the process of getting the ISO 9001:2015 certification. This certification focuses on the quality management system and presents the organizations with a set of principles that ensure the consistent production of good quality products and services. As a result, customer satisfaction is raised, and business returns peak. For sure, this is not as easily applied as written about, but commitment and consistency are the key factors that ensure such results.
In sum, pursuing the ISO 9001 is an important target for us at Eagle Steel Solutions. It puts the customers and their needs first, therefore increases the customer value, and by that their satisfaction. Following that, the customers’ loyalty improves and increases the chances of business repetition, and by that improves the company’s reputation, expands the customers’ database and increases the revenue and market shares. All in all, getting the ISO 9001 is an added value and a win-win situation for both our customers and us as a company.
