Job Description
– Prepare method statements and risk assessment of the site
– Monitor health and Safety, Environments and Quality Assurance and ensure compliance by the on-site team
– Conduct site briefings
– HSEQ audits
– Implement design to site execution
– Maintain site records and diaries
– Procurement and scheduling materials in liaison with project QS
– Liaising with clients in a healthy relationship
– Sequencing and programming
– Ensure equipment is calibrated, in date and checked
– Ensure all materials on site are suitable and well stored.
– Resolve technical problems
Required Skills
– Holding a qualification in Construction Engineering & Management (CEM) or Civil Engineering or a related discipline
– 3 to 4 years experience in the construction industry
– Holding a valid driving license
– Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
– Ability to use up to date engineering equipment
– Great communication skills
– Great leadership skills
