Job Description
– Prepare calculations and related reports for assigned projects
– Provide structural design and calculation backup using Structural Engineering Softwares complying with International standards (BS, American, etc)
– Take part in the analysis and study all projects elements including BOQ, specifications, architects and structural engineer drawings
– Attend project handover meetings
– Create and monitor the submittal register for structural calculations and ensure timely issue of all project relevant submittals required
– Daily reports to Design Manager
– Review and reissue revised calculations for approval
– Monitor all external structural drawing revision and inform the Design Manager of all changes that may cause delay or cost
Required Skills
– Up to 5 years experience in a similar role
– Knowledge in ROBOT
– Fluency in Arabic and English
– Able to work in a team
– Organization and management skills
